A festival to build from the ground up

It all fits on an 8×8 meadow: you place, you book, you tweak, and the weekend decides. Good vibes bring the hippies in; the budget decides whether you come back next year.

Build the site

Drop stages, bars, toilets, a medical tent and caravans onto the meadow with a tap, then upgrade each one. Careful placement lifts comfort and safety.

Book the line-up

Rock, folk, blues, soul or psych: browse the acts, haggle over the fees and fill every slot on every stage. Prices rise and fall — spot the next big thing before it gets pricey.

Watch the gauges

Reputation, programming, word of mouth, safety, comfort, vibes: six gauges that feed into each other and set the turnout. Forget one detail and the weekend falls flat.

The weather decides

Sun, clouds, rain, storm or heatwave: the weekend's sky can send the turnout and the vibes soaring or crashing. Plan the tents and cross your fingers.

Live the festival

The gates open: tap the flowers and peace signs floating over the crowd to send good vibrations, and grab the hat for a few extra francs.

Balance the books, summer after summer

Tickets, bars and sponsors on one side; fees, logistics and taxes on the other. The profit and reputation you earn set up the next summer, on bigger and bigger sites.

Booking

Who's on stage?

Every slot on every stage is waiting for its headliner. Filter by style, read the rating and the crowd's mood, then haggle the fee down.

  • Five styles: rock, folk, blues, soul, psych
  • Fees that rise, fall or hold steady
  • “The crowd loves them”: bet on the right breakout act
  • Negotiate, fill the slots, polish the programming

Which devices does Festoche! run on?

Festoche! is built for tablets: iPad on iPadOS and Android tablets. The game is free on the App Store and Google Play.

Is the game really free?

Yes, Festoche! is free to download and play. The “sponsors” and “ticket sales” are the game's own currency, in francs — nothing to do with real money.

Do I need an Internet connection?

No, once the game is installed you can run your festivals offline. Your progress is saved on the tablet.

How do I unlock the other sites?

Pull off a good summer — strong vibes, rising reputation and a budget in the green — and the next site opens for the summer after, bigger and more demanding.

Do my games leave the tablet?

No. Your progress stays on the device. See the privacy policy.
